The Dixon Rural Training Track is housed in a 68,500 sq. ft. office building located in downtown Dixon.  In addition to serving as home for the Residency's Family Health Center (FHC), the facility also provides medical office space for twelve members of the KSB Medical Group.

The FHC is spacious and provides Internet equipped "mini-offices" for each resident.
