Resident stipends for the academic year of 2010-2011 are as follows:
R1 $47,000
R2 $48,000
R3 $49,000
Chief Resident $50,000

- Relocation allowance of $1,500 (R1 and R2)
- Use of laptop computer during residency
- Meals provided when on duty in the hospital

Outside employment is permissible with the consent of the program director. Residents must first obtain an Illinois permanent license.
